Luxurious, eco-sensitive and romantic, Longitude 131° lies at the gateway of the dual World Heritage listed wilderness of Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, complete with 5 star luxury and private views of the sun rising and setting over Uluru (Ayers Rock). 


For Longitude 131° guests, a complimentary 4WD transfer will pick you up from Ayers Rock Airport and take you back for your return flight. Self-drive is also a popular option with the drive from Alice Springs taking around 4 hours. Parking is available at the Sails in the Desert Hotel car park.

Accommodation

With just 16 tents in total at Longitude 131° you only have to share this amazing experience with just a few others. A white dome roof and flowing fabric draped from the centre of each tent creates the illusion of camping. Dining and Leisure

To start the day, enjoy a mouth-watering buffet or a la carte cooked breakfast. After a morning of touring, return to Longitude 131° to enjoy a gourmet lunch or tasting plates of delicious seasonal produce. In the evening, relax over pre-dinner drinks and canapés served in the Dune House and then enjoy a 3-course dinner with chosen wines. Dining under the stars at Table 131° is an unforgettable experience not to be missed. Dine out on sumptuous outback fayre and discover the wonders of the southern night sky. The evening commences with stunning 360° views of Uluru and Kata Tjuta from a selected dune top whilst enjoying sunset drinks and canapés followed by a 3-course dinner served under the stars and complemented with fine Australian wines. During dinner a Star Talker will highlight the galaxy of stars overhead. Return to the Dune House for after dinner drinks. All meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic are included. Romantic private dining can also be arranged on the Dune Top, by the poolside or in guest rooms.
